In this workshop series you will discover how you activate the power of the inner flow through your energy centers and how you can use yoga exercises to establish this knowledge for the benefit of deep joy in the body-mind.
The root chakra - access to basic trust - hip opener, articulation of the pelvic halves, the flow of letting go
We start the workshop with a visualization meditation focused on the root chakra, bring our first energy center into resonance and vibration with the primordial syllables and use breathing techniques to connect and focus.
In the theoretical part we deal with:
Which aspects of our life are influenced by the root chakra, the area around our primary sexual organs.
How we recognize blockages in specific situations or periods of life.
